Leaseweb is the brand name under which various independent Leaseweb Sales Entities operate. Each of these sales entities is a separate and distinct corporate entity that provides services in a particular geographic area.

To do business with a Leaseweb entity, you must enter into a Sales Contract with the relevant Leaseweb Sales Entity. Each Leaseweb entity has its own local Sales Schedules and Contracts. For all Leaseweb Entities, the Sales Contract generally consists of Sales Terms and Conditions, Policies, the Services Specifications and the Service Levels Agreement. In this section of the website, you will find the latest version of the Sales Contract for each of the Leaseweb entities, as well as other legal information, including GDPR and privacy rights pertaining to each of the Leaseweb entities.
